Welcome to The Stroke Institute of Minnesota

The Stroke Institute of Minnesota, non-profit organization, was established to conduct high quality research pertaining to various aspects of cerebrovascular disease. The long-term goals of the institute are to identify and implement treatments and strategies to reduce the death and disability associated with cerebrovascular diseases and stroke. The institute collaborates with outside sponsoring agencies and investigators conducting research related to stroke on national and international scale. The responsibilities include submitting proposals, negotiating and administering awards, and interpreting and implementing sponsor and federal regulations.
